Census Confidentiality Assured
The long awaited letter was finally recieved from the Department of Justice assuring that the census cannot be trumped by any law, including the Patriot act. This means that we now have the assurance in the form of a letter that confidential personal information gathered in this year’s census count would not be shared with the Department of Homeland Security or other federal agencies.
